- Membantu menyiapkan alat – alat masak ( mise en place ).
- Membantu menyiapkan bahan masakan.
- Menghadiri briefing chef.
- Menangani penataan Mise En Place.
- Membantu penanganan service preparation.
- Siap menjadi Checker / quality control makanan yang akan disajikan.
- Membantu Head Chef / Sous Chef jika diperlukan untuk control persedian bahan baku.
- Memelihara suasana kerja yang sehat.
- Melaksanaan pembersihan area kerja.
- Melaksakan GC ( General Cleaning ) bersama team.
- Siap mengadakan dan melaksanakan Stock Opname.
