What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Control & Monitor: Mengawasi pengeluaran proyek agar tetap sesuai anggaran (RAB) dan mencegah cost overrun.
- Analisis & Pelaporan: Menganalisis selisih biaya aktual vs anggaran, lalu menyusun laporan berkala (cost report) untuk manajemen.
- Verifikasi Tagihan: Memeriksa keabsahan invoice, PO, dan tagihan subkontraktor sebelum pembayaran diproses.
- Efisiensi Biaya: Berkoordinasi dengan tim lapangan dan pengadaan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penghematan biaya.
Kualifikasi (Qualifications)
- Pendidikan & Pengalaman: S1 Teknik Sipil/Akuntansi/Manajemen, minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi Cost Control atau QS proyek.
- Keahlian Utama:
- Mahir MS Excel tingkat lanjut (Pivot, VLOOKUP, rumus analisis data).
- Mampu membaca RAB/BOQ, gambar teknis, dan dokumen kontrak.
- Paham alur keuangan proyek dan manajemen risiko biaya.
- Karakter & Soft Skill: Sangat teliti, analitis, jujur, serta tegas dalam berkoordinasi lintas divisi.
