- Mampu menyusun content strategy, content pillar, campaign & content plan berdasarkan objective brand.
- Memiliki kemampuan photography & visual storytelling yang kuat.
- Menguasai graphic design dan mampu menggunakan Adobe/Canva/Capcut/dsb.
- Memiliki sense terhadap brand, visual, trend & audience behavior.
- Mampu membuat creative brief, visual direction & mengarahkan tim creative.
- Analytical & strategic thinking, mampu mengevaluasi performa konten dan mengembangkan ide berdasarkan data.
