JOBDESK :
Menjawab pertanyaan apa pun yang mungkin dimiliki pelanggan tentang layanan di Divisi finance
Mendengarkan keluhan pelanggan agar dapat mengidentifikasi penyebab masalah pembayaran atau penagihan
Memberikan tanggapan yang tepat untuk masalah pelanggan dan berusaha menyelesaikannya dengan cepat dan tepat.
Menyampaikan kasus ke manajemen apabila diperlukan untuk penyelesaian.
KUALIFIKASI :
Minimal D3 Jurusan Akuntansi
Teliti dan bisa menggunakan excel
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di AP/AR, serta pajak
Mengerti alur bisnis di bidang export - import lebih diutamakan
Bersedia ditempatkan di Tanjung Batu-Perak
