What they need
- Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan Telkomsel bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel.
- Service Operation Support.
- Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke GraPARI di aplikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Telkomsel.
Job Requirement
- Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan.
- Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan berbahasa inggris.
- Bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan juga team.
- Pola pikir analitis, detail oriented dan mampu bekerja multi tasking.
