Lokasi: Suria Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
Faedah:
• Gaji Asas RM1,700
• Bonus Prestasi Mingguan
• Elaun Telefon & Kehadiran
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS
• Bayaran 3x jika bekerja pada setiap cuti umum
Waktu Bekerja:
• 9.00 pagi – 6.00 petang (Isnin – Ahad)
• 1 hari cuti seminggu (Random)
Skop Kerja:
• Membuat panggilan susulan berkaitan pembayaran e-wallet.
• Menghubungi pelanggan Indonesia untuk peringatan dan susulan pembayaran.
• Berurusan dengan syarikat e-wallet dari Indonesia.
• Mengemas kini rekod pelanggan.
• Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan secara profesional.
• Mencapai sasaran kutipan mingguan.
Kelayakan:
• Umur 18–30 tahun
• Fresh graduate dialu-alukan
• Boleh berbahasa Melayu & asas Bahasa Indonesia
• Mahir menggunakan komputer & menaip
• Bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja dalam pasukan
