Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (semua jurusan)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service minimal 1 tahun (lebih disukai)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan ramah
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office, email, dll)
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
Teliti, sabar, dan memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.

Melayani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan dengan ramah dan profesional
Memberikan informasi terkait produk/layanan perusahaan
Menangani komplain pelanggan secara efektif
