Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan
- Memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan terkait dengan acara / kegiatan mall yang akan / sedang berlangsung
- Memberikan informasi mengenai tenant / promo tenant
- Memelihara database pelanggan dan memperbaharui catatan transaksi secara akurat
Kualifikasi
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang pelayanan pelanggan / Customer Service
- Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Bersemangat, cepat tanggap, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan
- Menguasai Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)
