- Pendidikan Minimum D3 atau S1 (semua jurusan).
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Customer Service, Front Desk, Hospitality, atau Retail menjadi nilai tambah (fresh graduate tetap dapat dipertimbangkan).
- Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional
- Sopan, sabar, serta memiliki dorongan melayani yang tinggi (service-oriented).
- Mampu tetap tenang dan profesional saat menghadapi komplain atau pengunjung yang emosional.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan jelas dan santun dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (aktif/pasif) sangat diutamakan.
- Mampu memahami kebutuhan, pertanyaan, atau keluhan pengunjung dengan cepat dan tepat.
- Mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dasar (Word, Excel) dan menginput data
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
