KUALIFIKASI:
- Usia maksimal 24 tahun
- Pedidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
- Mahir menggunakan komputer & Google Spreadsheet/Excel
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani proses order marketplace
- Terbiasa membalas chat customer dengan ramah & responsif
- Terbiasa menggunakan Seller Center dan tools marketplace
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline
- Bersedia membalas chat di luar jam kerja (fasilitas kerja disediakan perusahaan)
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
TANGGUNG JAWAB:
- Mengelola operasional proses order marketplace (order masuk, follow up, komplain)
- Menangani dan membalas chat customer saat jam kerja maupun di luar jam kerja
- Menjaga rating toko, performa chat, dan kepuasan pelanggan
- Komunikatif, multitasking, dan problem solver
- Aktif mengikuti tren pasar dan industri terkait
