What they need
- Memproses pendaftaran dan verifikasi akun baru
- Verifikasi dokumen identitas untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi KYC dan AML,
- Memproses penarikan, dan transfer internal dengan akurat, mengelola dan memperbarui data pengguna sesuai permintaan,
- Membuat laporan transaksi harian,
- Menangani issue customer melalui email dan Zendesk, memperbarui kurs mata uang harian, memastikan dashboard operasional dan admin berfungsi dengan baik serta melaporkan masalah teknis
Job Requirements
- Usia max. 30 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Freshgraduate dipersilahkan)
- Berpengalaman customer service menjadi nilai tambah
- Domisili di Yogyakarta atau bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta
- Mampu berkomunikasi secara tertulis dengan jelas, sopan, dan profesional
- Bersedia bekerja shifting
