Tasks & responsibilities
- Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan via WhatsApp, website, dan saluran komunikasi lainnya
- Merespons pertanyaan serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan dan memberikan solusi atau koordinasi dengan tim terkait
- Memproses dan mencatat pesanan pelanggan secara akurat
- Mendukung aktivitas administrasi dan operasional harian perusahaan
