What they need
Jobdesk:
- Melayani dan merespons kebutuhan customer dengan cepat dan ramah.
- Mengelola komunikasi customer melalui chat/telepon maupun platform lainnya.
- Melakukan after-sales service* dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.
- Follow up customer terkait pesanan, kendala, maupun kebutuhan lainnya.
- Menginput dan mengelola data customer menggunakan Spreadsheet/Excel.
- Membantu operasional administrasi dan pekerjaan terkait customer service.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service minimal 1 tahun.
Menguasai operasional laptop/komputer.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
Komunikatif, ramah, responsif, dan mampu menghadapi berbagai karakter customer.
Memiliki orientasi kuat terhadap kepuasan customer & after-sales service.
Teliti, cekatan, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
