What they need
- Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan pelanggan melalui Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, dan platform e-commerce lainnya.
- Memberikan informasi terkait produk, harga, promo, stok, pembayaran, pengiriman, dan kebijakan after-sales secara cepat dan akurat.
- Memproses dan memantau pesanan serta berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse, logistics, dan operations untuk memastikan pesanan terpenuhi dengan baik.
- Menangani komplain, retur, refund, dan kendala pesanan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
- Membangun hubungan positif dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction dan repeat order.
- Memantau feedback dan kebutuhan pelanggan serta menyampaikan insight kepada tim terkait untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan.
Qualification:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK; D3/S1 menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service, Admin E-Commerce, atau posisi sejenis.
- Komunikatif, ramah, responsif, dan mampu menangani pelanggan dengan baik.
- Menguasai Bahasa Indonesia secara lisan dan tulisan.
- Memahami Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, dan platform e-commerce lainnya.
- Mampu menangani komplain dan menyelesaikan masalah secara profesional.
- Teliti dalam memproses pesanan dan mengelola informasi pelanggan.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target, cepat beradaptasi, dan bekerja sama dalam tim.
