Customer Service Executive
Requirements:
- Pendidikan D3 Farmasi, S1 Farmasi, atau Apoteker.
- Memiliki pengetahuan kefarmasian yang kuat dan mampu memberikan informasi produk/obat sesuai referensi dan SOP.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi profesional, active listening, serta customer handling dan empati yang baik.
- Mampu melakukan problem solving, menangani complaint, mengambil keputusan, dan melakukan eskalasi sesuai kebutuhan.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan follow up yang baik.
- Mampu menggunakan digital/CRM tools.
Job Descriptions:
- Menangani pertanyaan dan kebutuhan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp, chat, media sosial, telepon, dan channel customer service lainnya.
- Memahami kebutuhan pelanggan dan memberikan informasi produk/obat secara akurat sesuai referensi dan SOP.
- Menangani complaint dan conflict secara profesional serta memberikan solusi yang tepat.
- Melakukan eskalasi kasus ke Apoteker, outlet, Operations, E-Commerce, atau departemen terkait sesuai kebutuhan.
- Melakukan follow up hingga kasus terselesaikan serta mendokumentasikan customer cases dan recurring issues untuk mendukung improvement layanan.
