Kualifikasi
Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Customer Service Online, CRM, Telemarketing, atau posisi sejenis.
Berpengalaman melakukan follow up customer, serta mengonversi leads menjadi transaksi/closing.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan customer service yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan terbiasa menangani customer melalui chat maupun telepon.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Bersedia bekerja WFO dengan sistem 6 hari kerja.
