What they need
Key responsibilities
- Memeriksa dan memproses permintaan refund sesuai SLA.
- Memproses penyesuaian dana dari customer dan tim internal.
- Memantau saldo Virtual Account (VA).
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait transaksi dan saldo.
About you
- Minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Manajemen Keuangan.
- Fresh graduate atau pengalaman 1 tahun di Customer Support atau operasional keuangan.
- Teliti dan akurat dalam mengolah data serta memproses dana.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Memahami sistem pembayaran digital atau Virtual Account menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, Excel, dan analisis data.
- Bersedia mengikuti tes mengetik dan Excel, termasuk tes Excel saat interview.
