What they need
SKOP KERJA
- Mengurus pertanyaan pelanggan melalui WhatsApp dan platform e-commerce.
- Membantu pelanggan berkaitan produk, pesanan, pembayaran dan penghantaran.
- Mengurus aduan, return dan refund pelanggan.
- Membuat follow-up dengan pelanggan dan membantu meningkatkan jualan.
- Membantu team marketing dalam perkara asas berkaitan Paid Ads (Facebook & TikTok).
- Memberi feedback berkaitan pertanyaan dan respon pelanggan daripada iklan.
- Menjalankan tugasan lain yang berkaitan apabila diperlukan.
Kemasukan segera dan mengutamakan yang berumur 30 tahun dan ke bawah
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Work Location: In person
