Memberikan sokongan dan panduan kepada pelanggan dalam penggunaan sistem.
Membantu proses onboarding, setup dan latihan penggunaan modul sistem.
Mengenal pasti serta membantu menyelesaikan isu dan pertanyaan pelanggan.
Membuat follow-up bagi memastikan pelanggan menggunakan sistem dengan lancar.
Mengurus dokumentasi, rekod pelanggan dan maklum balas berkaitan Customer Success.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
