What they need
- Menangani operasional PPJK, customs clearance, import & export.
- Menyiapkan dan memeriksa dokumen kepabeanan, termasuk PIB, PEB, HS Code dan dokumen terkait.
- Menangani proses booking kapal, container pickup, trucking dan delivery.
- Mengatur proses pengambilan dan pengembalian container.
- Memantau seluruh proses import/export dan memastikan pengiriman berjalan sesuai jadwal.
- Menangani kendala operasional dan koordinasi dengan customer.
- Untuk posisi Supervisor/Manager, bertanggung jawab atas pengaturan dan pengawasan tim.
