Kualifikasi
- Minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai packer/operator produksi, terutama di manufaktur makanan.
- Mampu bekerja dengan cepat, teliti, dan mengikuti target produksi.
- Mampu menggunakan device/perangkat kerja yang disediakan perusahaan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan proses packing produk frozen food sesuai standar dan SOP.
- Memastikan produk, kemasan, label, dan jumlah sesuai ketentuan.
- Melakukan pengecekan kondisi produk dan kemasan sebelum dikemas.
- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan peralatan selama proses produksi.
- Mematuhi SOP keselamatan kerja, sanitasi, dan food safety.
- Mencapai target packing sesuai standar waktu dan kuantitas produksi.
- Melaporkan apabila terdapat produk atau kemasan yang tidak sesuai kepada atasan.
