What they need
Dibutuhkan Daily Worker Bartender untuk penempatan di L'Osteria Petitenget
Jobdesk :
- Menyiapkan dan menyajikan berbagai jenis minuman (kopi, jus, mocktail, cocktail, atau minuman non-alkohol) sesuai standar resep & porsi (Standard Operating Procedure / SOP).
- Membantu head bartender atau barista dalam prep work (memotong buah/garnish, membuat simple syrup, mengisi ulang es batu, dan stok bahan).
- Mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan bar (mesin espresso, blender, shaker, mesin draf bir) secara aman dan benar.
- Menjaga Kebersihan area bar
- Memahami Sistem Kasir.
- Memiliki Komunikasi yang Baik dan Ramah Kepada Pengunjung.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman
- Rajin dan bertanggung jawab
- Bisa berhasa Inggris
- Memahami dasar pembuat minuman (basic bartending / mixology / barista skills).
- Memahami standar kebersihan (food safety & hygiene)
Benefit : 130rb/day, 8 jam kerja dan didaftarkan BPU
