Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Data Analyst Finance Control minimal 1 tahun
- Fresh Graduate (memiliki keahlian sesuai kebutuhan)
- Memiliki Hard Skills: Excel Advance (menguasai pivot table, formula), VBA atau phyton, atau coding
- Sudah biasa menggunakan AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
- Sudah biasa menganalisa data
- Memiliki Soft Skill: Problem solving mindset, komunikasi dengan non technical people, attention to detail (teliti), user empathy (paham paint point user)
- Mampu melakukan riset & bertanya pada pertanyaan yang tepat untuk memahami kebutuhan user
- Mampu mengindentifikasi & mengolah data yang sudah ada atau merancang input data baru
- Membantu dalam prototyping & maintenance macro Excel
- Siap dinas jika dibutuhkan
- Bisa bekerja sendiri maupun dalam tim
- Biasa kerja dalam tekanan, komunikatif, jujur, bertangungjawab terhadap pekerjaan
