What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengembangkan dan melakukan review desain jaringan, route, BoQ/BoM, serta dokumen teknis.
- Memastikan desain sesuai kebutuhan proyek dan standar teknis.
- Melakukan review hasil survey dan validasi rute jaringan.
- Mengkoordinasikan Drafter, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, SITAC, dan tim terkait.
- Memberikan solusi teknis terhadap kendala yang ditemukan di lapangan.
- Mengelola perubahan desain dan memastikan seluruh perubahan terdokumentasi.
- Mengontrol kualitas dan timeline deliverable engineering.
- Mendukung perencanaan biaya serta optimasi desain jaringan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Telekomunikasi, Sipil, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman di FTTH, fiber optic, telekomunikasi, atau engineering infrastructure.
- Memahami arsitektur dan network design FTTH.
- Menguasai AutoCAD/CAD, GoogleMap Pro, dan seluruh software terkait.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan technical problem solving yang kuat.
