Kriteria :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman DC, Call Center, Customer Service menjadi nilai lebih (fresh graduate- boleh melamar)
- Target oriented
- Bisa mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel
Jobdesc :
- Menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai dengan SOP
- Menghubungi nasabah untuk mengingatkan kewajiban membayar tagihan
- Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah terkait sisa tagihan, denda, dan metode pembayaran
- Bernegosiasi dengan nasabah terkait pembayaran tagihan
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan nasabah
- Membuat laporan hasil penagihan
- Menguasai penggunaan komputer dan alat penunjang kerja
