- Negosiasi Pembayaran: Bernegosiasi dengan nasabah mengenai jadwal pembayaran
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK; Diploma atau Sarjana.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Desk Collection atau posisi serupa (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar).
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada target.
- Memiliki laptop dan gawai lainnya
