Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 (Fresh graduate welcome to apply), SMK/SMA dengan pengalaman

- Memahami proses bisnis multifinance dan mampu berorientasi terhadap target

Tanggung jawab:
- Melakukan penagihan dan tindak lanjut kepada nasabah yang memiliki tunggakan pembayaran.
- Melakukan negosiasi serta memberikan solusi penyelesaian kredit sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
- Menyusun laporan perkembangan penagihan dan memperbarui data nasabah pada sistem.
