• Hands-on paid ads expertise TikTok Ads Manager + Meta Ads Manager
• Pengalaman affiliator program management ≥ 100 active affiliator
• Data-driven mindset — bisa baca dashboard, generate insight, decide budget
• Familiar dengan: TikTok Seller Center, FastMoss, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Notion/Asana
• Bahasa Indonesia native + English working proficiency
• Domisili Jakarta

Paid Ads Management

1. Mengelola harian TikTok Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
2. Setup pixel, audience research, creative testing, bid optimization
3. Achieve ROAS
4. Mempertahankan CAC converted customer

Affiliator Program Leadership

1. Memimpin outreach & onboarding affiliators admin
2. Set commission tier strategy (8-15% range)
3. Monitor performance affiliators weekly
4. Achieve target active affiliators by Month 6

Content Strategy & Live Shopping

1. Brief Content Creator dengan weekly content plan
2. Schedule & host 3-5 live shopping sessions/minggu post-launch
3. Coordinate launch day campaign (1 September 2026)
4. Review content brand voice consistency

Channel Operations

1. Manage TikTok Shop store optimization
2. Setup Shopee Mall + Tokopedia listings
3. Coordinate mid-tier influencer partnership
