- Memproses pesanan masuk, dan memastikan link unduhan / akses buku digital terkirim ke customer.
- Melayani pertanyaan , komplain, kendala teknis, dari konsumen via chat ( customer service ).
- Mencatat dan merapikan administrasi laporan harian atau bulanan.
