Job description untuk posisi Document Export adalah sebagai berikut:
- Melakukan Submit Peb
- Melakukan Submit COO
- Melakukan Submit Manifest
- Mengurus Dokumen Karantina
- Mengurus Dokumen FWB/FHL
- Menyiapkan Invoice / Packing List
- Mengurus semua dokumen Export yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran export
Kualifikasi yang diperlukan untuk posisi Document Export:
- S1 dari semua jurusan
- Memiliki Pengalaman bekerja di Bidang Freight Forwarding 2 tahun lebih disukai
- Memahami dokumen Export seperti PEB/ Manifest, pembuatan COO, Dll yang berhubungan dengan Export
- Teliti, jujur, fokus, disiplin
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel
- Mahir berbahasa Inggris
