What they need
Kualifikasi Utama
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Kedokteran dan Profesi Dokter.
- Memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) Dokter Aktif.
- Memiliki Sertifikat Pelatihan Tambahan yang aktif (ACLS / ATLS / GELS lebih diutamakan).
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di Klinik atau Rumah Sakit (lulusan baru/fresh graduate dengan STR aktif diperbolehkan melamar).
- Bersedia mengurus Surat Izin Praktik (SIP) di lokasi klinik.
Keterampilan & Kompetensi
- Mampu melakukan diagnosis, penanganan medis dasar, serta tindakan medis darurat dengan tepat.
- Memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang baik, empati tinggi, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pasien.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dengan tim medis (perawat, apoteker, dan staf klinik).
- Memahami operasional Electronic Medical Record (EMR) atau rekam medis digital.
- Memahami regulasi dasar pelayanan kesehatan dan keselamatan pasien.
