What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
* Membuat dan merevisi gambar teknis perumahan menggunakan AutoCAD
* Membuat denah rumah, site plan, layout kavling, fasad, dan gambar kerja
* Membantu penyusunan dokumen teknis untuk PBG dan perizinan proyek
* Berkoordinasi dengan Project Manager, QS, Surveyor, kontraktor, dan konsultan
* Melakukan pengecekan gambar dengan kondisi aktual di lapangan
* Mengelola dan memastikan seluruh gambar proyek terdokumentasi dengan baik
Kualifikasi
* Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau bidang terkait
* Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Drafter/Technical Staff & di bidang property developer/perumahan
* Menguasai AutoCAD dan mampu membaca gambar teknik
* Memahami dasar konstruksi dan perumahan
* Teliti, rapi, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline
* Memahami site plan, PBG, dan perizinan perumahan menjadi nilai tambah
