Tanggung Jawab
* Menyiapkan adonan kulit dan isian dumpling sesuai standar resep
* Membentuk dumpling dengan rapi, konsisten, dan higienis
* Menjaga kualitas rasa, tekstur, dan presentasi produk
* Memasak (steam / boil / pan-fry) sesuai order
* Menjaga kebersihan area kerja dan standar food safety
* Mengelola stok bahan baku dapur
* Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen untuk memastikan operasional lancar
Kualifikasi
* Pengalaman sebagai dumpling maker / dim sum cook / Chinese cuisine cook (min. 1 tahun diutamakan)
* Familiar dengan teknik dasar dim sum (wrapping, folding, steaming, frying)
* Teliti, cepat, dan konsisten dalam produksi
* Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan di bawah tekanan
* Bersedia kerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur
* Memahami standar kebersihan dapur (HACCP lebih disukai)
