Pelayanan Meja: Sambut tamu, antar ke meja, ambil order, antar makanan & minuman sesuai SOP
Set Up & Kebersihan: Siapkan meja, refill peralatan, jaga area dining tetap bersih dan rapi
Koordinasi: Komunikasi dengan kitchen, bar, dan kasir biar order cepat dan tidak salah
Kepuasan Tamu: Respon komplain dengan cepat, tawarkan menu promo, dan pastikan tamu nyaman
Billing & Kasir: Bantu input order ke POS dan proses pembayaran jika diperlukan
Closing: Bereskan meja, laporkan kerusakan/stok habis, dan setup untuk shift selanjutnya
