Kualifikasi
- Minimal SMA/SMK.
- Berpengalaman di bidang Customer Service E-commerce.
- Memahami marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll.).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
- Teliti, responsif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
