What they need
- Bertanggung jawab penuh atas operasional, strategi, dan pencapaian target penjualan (GMV & profit) di seluruh platform marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, dll.) dan official website.
- Merancang dan mengeksekusi kampanye digital, flash sale, serta strategi promosi online bulanan yang efektif.
- Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan anggaran Paid Advertising (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads) dengan berfokus pada efisiensi biaya dan konversi tinggi.
- Mengawasi kinerja tim Live Streamer, Admin E-Commerce, serta berkolaborasi dengan divisi kreatif untuk produksi materi promosi digital.
- Menganalisis metrik toko, trafik, tren perilaku pembeli, dan menyusun laporan performa mingguan/bulanan.
