JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal 3-4 tahun pengalaman di E-Commerce: Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia di industri Home & Living.
Menguasai fitur-fitur promosi iklan di marketplace.
Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya gelar sarjana, bidang apapun.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Optimasi daftar produk, kategorisasi, fungsi pencarian, dan strategi pemasaran.
- Melakukan analisis produk dan market untuk mengidentifikasi tren, wawasan, dan peluang pertumbuhan atau produk baru.
- Memantau dan menganalisis kinerja iklan, melakukan penyesuaian berdasarkan data dan hasil untuk memaksimalkan ROI.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk mengelola stok inventory, strategi harga, dan promosi campaign untuk memaksimalkan penjualan.
- Menganalisis data penjualan, konversi dan performa traffic di marketplace dan menerapkan strategi untuk peningkatan.
