Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
Job Description:
Melayani customer melalui chat, email, telepon, dan platform ecommerce.
Membantu proses booking tiket pesawat, hotel, kereta, tour, dan produk travel lainnya.
Menangani perubahan jadwal, reschedule dan refund
Memastikan seluruh transaksi dan data reservasi diinput dengan akurat.
Menjaga response time dan kualitas pelayanan sesuai SLA perusahaan.
Monitoring order masuk selama shift malam.
Job Specification:
Pendidikan minimal SMK/ Sarjana Pariwisata
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang travel agent/ OTA
Bahasa Inggris native
Bersedia bekerja shift malam.
Mampu menggunakan Ms. Excel dan menguasai sistem GDS Galileo & Amadeus
