What they need
- Menangani troubleshooting, improvement, dan pengembangan sistem electrical & automation.
- Melakukan PLC programming, modification, dan troubleshooting pada sistem kontrol mesin.
- Terlibat dalam engineering project, installation, commissioning, dan improvement mesin.
- Melakukan analisis dan penyelesaian masalah terkait electrical, PLC, dan control system.
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Elektro / Elektronika / Mekatronika atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang electrical & automation, khususnya di industri manufaktur.
- Menguasai PLC programming & troubleshooting serta memahami HMI, inverter/VFD, sensor, dan control panel.
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani automation/electrical project dan machine improvement.
- Memiliki kemampuan technical problem solving dan analytical thinking yang kuat.
- Mampu membaca electrical schematic dan melakukan troubleshooting secara mandiri.
- Pengalaman menggunakan PLC Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, atau Schneider menjadi nilai tambah.
