What they need
- Memberi respons segera terhadap tugasan bantuan tepi jalan dan penggantian bateri.
- Menghubungi pelanggan untuk mengesahkan tugasan dan lokasi.
- Hadir ke lokasi dalam tempoh 30 minit hingga 1 jam.
- Melaksanakan bantuan tepi jalan dan penggantian bateri dengan betul dan selamat.
- Memaklumkan pelanggan sekiranya berlaku kelewatan dan memberikan ETA terkini.
- Mengemaskini status tugasan, penggunaan bateri dan rekod perkhidmatan dalam sistem.
- Melaporkan sebarang masalah perkhidmatan, kenderaan, peralatan atau kelewatan kepada penyelia.
Waktu Kerja:
Dua Shift
Shift bertukar setiap minggu.
Shift A: 5pagi - 3petang
Shift B: 12pagi - 10pagi
Syarat-syarat
- Minimum SPM atau setaraf
- Wajib mempunyai lesen memandu & GDL yang sah.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
