- Monitoring Network/Security Performance;
- Proactive melaporkan dalam mendeteksi anomaly saat monitoring;
- Support Daily, Weekly, dan Monthly Reporting;
- Membuat Ticket gangguan, Request, dan Maintenance.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Minimal Pendidikan D3/S1 (Teknik Informatika, Teknik Industri, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang yang serupa);
- Berpengalaman menggunakan Network/Security Monitoring Tools (Min. 1th);
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar Cyber Security dan CDN Service;
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris;
- Bersedia bekerja Shifting;
- Berkomunikasi dengan baik dan merespon dengan cepat.
