What they need
Job Requirement :
Minimal D3/S1 bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki sertifikasi Fortinet NSE 4 atau setara.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Network/Security Engineer.
Berpengalaman melakukan implementasi, konfigurasi, monitoring dan troubleshooting FortiGate Enterprise, khususnya FortiGate 1000D atau perangkat setara.
Memahami Firewall Policy, NAT, Routing, VLAN, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN, HA, SD-WAN dan Security Profile.
Memahami troubleshooting network dan security serta analisa log/event.
Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu melakukan incident handling sesuai SLA serta membuat dokumentasi dan laporan operasional.
Bersedia ditempatkan onsite di lokasi pelanggan dan berkoordinasi dengan NOC/SOC serta tim teknis terkait
