- Monitoring perangkat jaringan
- Troubleshooting network issue
- Escalation handling
- Preventive maintenance
- Basic configuration & change request
- Koordinasi dengan principal/vendor terkait issue jaringan
- Membuat laporan harian/mingguan apabila diperlukan
Requirements:
- Minimum lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang : Network Infrastructure, Network Operation, Network Support, atau Network Administration
- Memahami konsep jaringan: Layer 2 Switching; Layer 3 Routing; VLAN; Trunking; Static Routing; Basic Troubleshooting Network
- Memiliki kemampuan konfigurasi & troubleshooting : Switch Aruba (Aruba J9821A); Firewall Sophos (Sophos XGS 107); Router Mikrotik (MikroTik RB4011iGS+)
- Memilik Sertifikasi Mikrotik; MTCNA/MCRE; Sophos Certified Engineer; Aruba Certified Associate) lebih disukai
- Onsite at client, Regular office hours
