WE ARE HIRING : ENGINEERING POLYMER
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Kimia, Teknik Material, Teknik Polimer, Kimia, atau jurusan terkait. Kimia, Teknik Material, Teknik Polimer, Kimia, atau jurusan terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang engineering, compounding, atau pengembangan material PVC.
- Berpengalaman di industri manufaktur PVC, pipa PVC, perangkat kelistrikan, atau industri plastik sejenis.
- Memahami formulasi dan karakteristik material PVC (Rigid dan Flexible PVC) beserta penggunaan berbagai jenis aditif seperti stabilizer, plasticizer, filler, lubricant, impact modifier, dan pigment.
- Memahami proses compounding, extrusion, dan injection molding berbasis PVC.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai pengujian material PVC, baik sifat mekanik, termal, maupun kelistrikan.
- Mampu melakukan analisis penyebab ketidaksesuaian produk dan memberikan solusi berbasis teknis.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, komunikasi, dan kerja sama tim yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office; pengalaman menggunakan software analisis atau desain material menjadi nilai tambah.
