Min D3 teknik elektro (arus kuat).
Pengalaman di bidang engineer gedung min 3 tahun.
Mengerti terkait sistem MEP, sistem tata udara, dan civil .
Proactive dan Inovatif.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan team.
Mampu membuat dan membaca RAB, jadwal kerja, serta laporan progress project.
Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan komunikasi yang baik.
Terorganisir dan tepat waktu.
Job Description:
- Maintenance & Check list sistem kelistrikan gedung, AC gedung dan fasilitas kantor lainnya.
- Maintenance sistem tata udara gedung & genset.
- Handle complain terkait permintaan perbaikan dari all divisi.
- Melakukan renovation building (jika diperlukan).
- Menjaga kinerja all sistem MEP gedung berjalan dengan baik & normal.
- Membuat program training bulanan untuk karyawan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
- Membuat analisa biaya dan kebutuhan kantor atas penyediaan dan perawatan seluruh fasilitas dan sarana kantor.
- Membuat plan maintenance bulanan dan tahunan.
- Maintain data base terkait gedung, MEP, dan equipment yang ada.
