What they need
- Melakukan pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas serta peralatan gedung mall.
- Melakukan preventive maintenance dan troubleshooting listrik, AC/HVAC, plumbing, genset, pompa, dan sistem mechanical/electrical.
- Memastikan seluruh fasilitas operasional mall berfungsi dengan baik dan aman.
- Menangani perbaikan dan keluhan teknis dari tenant.
- Melakukan monitoring penggunaan listrik, air, dan utilitas gedung.
- Membuat laporan hasil pemeriksaan, maintenance, dan perbaikan.
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan vendor/kontraktor terkait pekerjaan engineering.
- Memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan sesuai standar K3 dan SOP.
