What they need
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Estimator/Quantity Surveyor.
- Menguasai RAB, BOQ, AHSP/AHS, dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan.
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.
- Mampu menggunakan BIM untuk quantity take-off dan estimasi proyek.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi perhitungan proyek.
- Teliti, analitis, dan mampu bekerja dengan target/deadline.
Tanggung Jawab
- Menghitung volume dan biaya pekerjaan konstruksi.
- Menyusun RAB, BOQ, dan penawaran harga proyek.
- Melakukan quantity take-off dari gambar 2D maupun model BIM.
- Melakukan analisis harga material, tenaga kerja, dan alat.
- Melakukan pengecekan gambar dan spesifikasi untuk kebutuhan estimasi.
- Memastikan estimasi biaya akurat dan sesuai budget proyek.
