What they need
- Menyusun estimasi biaya proyek berdasarkan gambar dan spesifikasi teknis
- Melakukan review dokumen teknis untuk memastikan akurasi dan kesesuaian
- Menyiapkan BOQ/BOM, quantity take-off, serta proposal teknis & komersial
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (engineering, sales, procurement)
- Melakukan analisa biaya, risiko, dan update estimasi sesuai perubahan desain
Requirements
- S1 Teknik (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial atau terkait)
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang estimasi, khususnya fire fighting system / MEP
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja & melakukan cost analysis
- Menguasai AutoCAD dan Ms. Office
- Memiliki komunikasi dan reporting yang baik
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris (minimal pasif)
- Sertifikasi Fire System / NFPA menjadi nilai tambah
