Estimator MEP
Kualifikasi Pendidikan :
Minimal D3 atau S1
Jurusan yang relevan: Teknik Elektro (arus kuat/lemah), Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Sipil dengan pemahaman sistem MEP.
Pengalaman Kerja :
- Pengalaman minimal 2 sampai 3 tahun sebagai Estimator atau Quantity Surveyor MEP.
Keahlian Teknis (Hard Skills)
Menguasai Microsoft Excel tingkat lanjut untuk perhitungan anggaran.
Mampu membaca dan menganalisis gambar kerja (shop drawing) serta spesifikasi teknis MEP.
Paham dalam menyusun Bill of Quantity (BQ) dan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP).
Memahami sistem kelistrikan (LV, MV, HV), plumbing, AC/HVAC, hingga proteksi kebakaran (fire fighting).
