What they need
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Pengukuran calon resto.
- Survei kondisi bangunan.
- Mengecek harga bahan material di wilayah calon resto.
- Mengupdate harga bahan material.
- Membuat estimasi RAB.
- Membuat timeline renovasi.
- Mengontrol proses renovasi dan hasil akhir renovasi.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:
- Minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur atau di bidang yang relevan.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun.
- Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Office, Sketch Up, Auto Cad.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menghitung RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) proyek konstruksi, serta memahami jenis dan harga material bangunan di pasaran.
- Jujur, teliti, disiplin, komunikatif, terbiasa bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas keluar kota.
- Memiliki SIM A dan C aktif.
